Votre CV sera votre carte de visite pour le recruteur, ce sera lui qui va vous permettre de vous démarquer … ou non !
C’est votre CV qui fera que vous serez contacté pour cet entretien d’embauche ou non ( la lettre de motivation permettant au recruteur de confirmer son impression sur votre candidature) …
Rédigez votre CV comme un outil marketing
Vous pensiez qu’un CV consistait à lister vos diplômes, expériences professionnelles et vous étiez content d’être parvenu à énumérer les taches « habituelles » des postes que vous aviez occupés ? C’est très bien … c’est un bon début … mais votre CV va se retrouver noyé dans la masse car vous aurez écrit un CV « bateau », passe partout!
Est ce cela que vous voulez? NON bien sûr! Ce que vous voulez c’est faire partie des 5, 10 peut être personnes qui vont décrocher l’entretien d’embauche!
Aussi vous devez vous vendre, vous devez vous démarquer de vos concurrents !
… non pas par l’exubérance ou par des couleurs super flash !!!
mais en donnant du poids à votre candidature:
- quels ont été vos résultats aux postes occupés
- que maitrisez vous dans votre domaine qui peut apporter une plus-value à votre candidature?
- qu’est ce qui vous fait ressortir du lot?
Donnez un titre à votre CV: une phrase, un slogan qui accroche !
Le titre de votre CV n’est pas « Curriculum vitae » ni même le titre du pose auquel vous postulez!
encore une fois vous devez vous vendre: que pensez vous qui soit plus accrocheur: » CV Michel DURANT » ou » Responsable logistique 10 ans d’expérience! » ?
vous êtes débutant? POSITIVEZ !!!!!: » acheteur junior hyper dynamique! »
Re-travaillez votre CV à chaque envoi!
Vous pensiez avoir réalisé votre CV une fois pour toute?
En fait votre CV doit reprendre la demande du recruteur!
- vous répondez à une offre d’emploi? le recruteur a mis du temps à résumer ses attentes! vous aurez plus de chance d’être sélectionné si vous lui facilitez le travail en reprenant les mots et phrases clés issues de l’ offres d’emploi plutôt qu’en le laissant deviner comment vous répondez à ses attentes!
- vous faites une candidature spontanée? avant d’envoyer votre CV vous vous êtes renseigné sur l’entreprise, son secteur d’activité, ses besoins par rapport au poste auquel vous postulez? montrez dans votre CV que vous maitrisez tout cela!
Mettez vous à la place du recruteur!
Votre CV est fini, modifié en fonction de l’entreprise, du poste, des exigences et attentes du recruteur? Bien!
Alors relisez le en vous mettant à la place du recruteur!
Demandez vous: est ce que ce CV sort du lot? pourquoi? est ce que ce candidat mérite de décrocher un entretien d’embauche?
si vous avez le moindre doute, retravaillez votre CV!!!!
je ne comprends pas pourquoi je devrais modifier mon CV pour chaque envoi … mon CV correspond à ce que j’ai fait et ne change pas en fonction des gens ou entreprises à qui je l’envoie ….
il faut se mettre à la place du recruteur: il a des attentes, vous devez lui dire ce qu’il souhaite entendre pour pouvoir être recruté ! Pour le CV (ou la lettre de motivation) vous devez lui mâcher le travail en « orientant » votre CV/lettre pour répondre à ses attentes …
